Katarína Bajová (pastry chef, owner of the Sladký sen - Sweet Dream pastry shop) prepared a demonstration of the production of chestnut tartelettes in the castle pastry shop Castanea on 20 October 2023, accompanied by a tasting. The attendees could practically try how the tartelettes are pressed into moulds and then filled and decorated. Participants of the workshop also had the opportunity to enjoy roasted chestnuts from the castle chestnut tree. | ||
