2023.10.14 CHESTNUT CASTLE FEAST | ||
A rich and interesting programme was prepared for visitors on Saturday, 14 October 2023 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Modrý Kameň (Blue Stone) Castle. The captivating smell of traditional and non-traditional chestnut specialties - both sweet and savoury - offered in the castle buffet and in the Castanea confectionery was spreading in the courtyard. Visitors had the opportunity to make a toy or a puppet in the museum's live craft workshops. The production of the wooden toy was supervised by Mgr. Art. Andrea Rolková. Visitors could make a theatrical puppet - a marionette together with an experienced puppet stage designer and artist Mgr. art. Martin Dúbravay. The chestnut castle feast also included the event NOVOHRAD POD ŠIATROM (Novohred under a Tent) with a presentation of craftsmanship of producers with the certificate of Regional Product of Novohrad associated with the sale of products, music, dance and art from the region under one roof and with demonstrations of production. For the first time, an interactive lecture "The Miracle of Grape Juice" was held, which, through a local wine producer of the wine Mgr. Róbert Kušický, offered visitors the opportunity to try their hand at wine-making and the preparation of grape must with a tasting. | ||
