Chestnut Fridays in the Castanea Confectionery traditionally offer the public demonstrations of the processing of chestnut. Visitors have the opportunity to try their hand at preparing chestnut specialties under the supervision of local pastry chefs. The first spring Chestnut Friday took place on 15 March 2023 under the baton of Zlatka Fulajtárová, who prepared a demonstration of the production of traditional chestnut roulade and chestnut balls combined with a tasting.
